Psychiatrist, California Medical Director
Dr. Nima Fahimian, is double board-certified in both Integrative Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Fahimian is well known for advancing the field of psychiatry with his particular expertise in psychopharmacology, biofeedback, and Express TMS. With a head for research and a heart for clinical care, Dr. Fahimian ensures that his patients are treated with the most effective, up-to-date, and safest treatments available. Dr. Fahimian was trained at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, where he was appointed to be the Chief Resident during his psychiatry residency. Dr. Fahimian has held faculty appointments at UC Davis, UC Irvine, and is currently an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at UC Riverside.

Dr. Aaron Escovitz has profound experience treating individuals from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and mental health disorders, and prioritizes a collaborative and educational treatment approach for individuals to make informed medical decisions regarding their care. Dr. Escovitz has training in assessing and treating patients in various acuity settings, including the emergency room, inpatient psychiatric units, and outpatient clinics. Dr. Escovitz has a strong background in Psychotherapy and Psychopharmacology, and utilizes this training in order to provide an efficient and beneficial treatment approach to the satisfaction of the patient. Dr. Aaron Escovitz is currently in his final year of training as a Psychiatrist at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, a Boston University teaching hospital.

After medical school, he completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry, which gave him the foundation to spend most of his career helping patients with medically complex cases. Dr. GK has experience running a variety of inpatient units, and set up one of the largest electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) practices in Tucson, AZ. Dr. GK is very excited to be able to offer alternatives to treating mood disorders such as TMS and ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and to work alongside our diverse and cohesive clinicians.

Judith is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with 20 years experience as a registered nurse working at USC, Stanford and Kaiser. She is passionate about patient care and overall wellness with a focus on comprehensive mental health management. Psychiatric Physician Assistant
Gavin Dawson is a board-certified Physician Assistant, founder of the medical education company Global Emergency Medics, a Lead Instructor of wilderness medicine courses, and a dedicated researcher to the ever-expanding world of psychedelic medicine. After double majoring with honors at the University of Colorado in Neuroscience and Integrative Physiology plus a minor in Philosophy, he went on to complete his graduate studies at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Gavin’s ability to create an environment of trust and support sets him apart in the world of medicine. Gavin is a true team player who thrives working in collaboration with his patients, always remaining focused on empowering his patients to take charge of their health and find vitality.
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Bull is a licensed naturopathic doctor trained in both conventional and nonconventional medical approaches, receiving her medical degree from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. She has a strong interest in emotional health and believes it to be a major contributor to physical wellbeing. She recognizes ketamine therapy as an important tool in this space and continues to expand her knowledge in ketamine’s applications through conferences and experiential trainings.
Clinical Supervisor
After earning his doctorate in psychology, Gil completed his individual psychoanalytic training at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Study of Subjectivity (IPSS) in New York and his group analytic studies at the Center for Group Studies also in New York. Utilizing the experience of studying various psychoanalytic points of view (relational analysis, self-psychology and modern analysis) Gil is especially interested in exploring the interaction of individual and group development using both interpretive and non-interpretive interventions. Gil is a Fellow of the American Group Psychotherapy Association, a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology and a Certified Group Psychotherapist. Currently he serves on the faculty of the Contemporary Institute of Psychoanalysis (Los Angeles) New York as a training and supervising analyst and Center for Group Studies in New York.

Jenae was initially drawn to the social work profession because she found herself aligned with its values of service, self-determination, dignity and social justice. She received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Alabama in 2012 and is a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience in community-based mental health with adults, youth, families, and the reentry population. She has experience in treating complex trauma, substance abuse, depression and anxiety, and has received training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Jenae uses a nonjudgmental, holistic and eclectic approach grounded in harm reduction and client empowerment.

Kathleen is a licensed MFT and certified as a Clinical Trauma Specialist. She has spent the last 20+ years working in a variety of capacities serving the mental health community through private practice, residential treatment facilities, sober living facilities, non-profit organizations, schools and colleges, and outreach opportunities. Kathleen has extensive experience with both youth and adults, with particular specialties in anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and addiction. She is often told that she is easy to talk to, and yet still straight forward and challenging in a way that promotes progress. She has developed a reputation for finding success with clients who have failed to thrive in the traditional “office therapy” environment.

Setareh is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who utilizes depth psychology as a foundation in her therapeutic work with individuals suffering from various dependencies and co-occurring mental health conditions. She has received numerous comprehensive trainings in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapeutic modalities, including the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy training, as well as in Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Setareh is an advocate for the soul and works in the service of the psyche to bring unconscious material to the conscious to facilitate transformation and growth. She is a lover of animals and nature, and a connoisseur of adventures.

Shelby Chantilly Alkire joins Bespoke Treatment as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and clinical therapist. Shelby is a graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work and has been practicing in the field of Social Work and Mental Health for over 10 years. Shelby has held many positions and titles within the field of mental health and addiction, including Mental Health Therapist, Family Therapist, Clinical Director, Executive Director, Program Director, and CEO. She also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Social Work department at Azusa Pacific University where she is an alum. Shelby is passionate about helping people integrate their mind and body to experience their emotions holistically. She is trained in EMDR therapy, a modality that treats a wide array of diagnoses including, but not limited to: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Depression, Panic Disorder, and Chronic Pain. Shelby is also a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) and has taught yoga classes in San Diego, CA and Indonesia.

Daniela is an associate clinical social worker who received her master’s degree from the University of Southern California. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of California, Los Angeles. Daniela has past experience working in community-based mental health settings, treating adults with complex trauma and co-occuring disorders. She has received clinical training in modalities such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), suicide and crisis intervention and utilizes a trauma-informed approach with all clients.
TMS Technician
Andrew first developed an interest in the connection between mind and body when he was a competitive gymnast at 4 years old. He later attended Arizona State University where he received a dual BS in marketing and psychology, which helped to inspire his passion for mindfulness and meditation. During school, Andrew taught meditation and breathing exercises to reduce anxiety and increase athletic performance. These experiences have shaped Andrew’s passion for expansion of non-pharmaceutical methods to train the brain and live a more present life.

Nicholas graduated from Colorado State University after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in chemistry. He moved to California shortly after, and intends to pursue a future career as a Physician Assistant. He has past experience working with ketamine in a clinical setting, which quickly ignited his passion for mental health treatments outside of standard medication regimens. Nicholas is dedicated to understanding and supporting patients in order to create a welcoming and professional space for treatment.
TMS Technician
Ben is fascinated by how genes, family, experience, and disease affect the conscious experience of the individual. He is a Santa Monica native and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science. During school, Ben was a research assistant for Dr. Caroline Schnakers at Casa Colina Hospital where he focused on brain injury and became interested in non-invasive neuromodulation. Ben has also volunteered at the Venice Family Clinic which inspired him to become a physician. In his free time, Ben likes to surf in Malibu and hike with his Golden Retriever, Rosie.

Jesika is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who has been working in a direct patient care role since 2016 in a variety of settings, ranging from naturopathic medicine to acupuncture. As she has always expressed a deep desire to help others, especially when it comes to optimal health and wellness, Jesika left her career in the beauty industry in 2016 to pursue a path dedicated to assist individuals achieve optimal health and wellness. Jesika is currently working towards a certification as an ADAPT Functional Health Coach, which will allow her to broaden her impact with the individuals and groups she is able to serve.

Since she was young, Mara has been passionate about learning how the brain functions, especially in relation to mental health. Mara attended graduate school at King’s College London and earned a Masters of Science degree in Forensic Mental Health Research. She is excited to use her knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health and see the benefits firsthand in a clinical setting. Taking from her experiences abroad, she also hopes to help make mental health care more accessible in America. Mara is delighted to be a part of the team and to be there to guide patients through every step of the process.

Tim Lyons is a native of California. His lifelong journey of learning has been defined by his love of helping others culminating in attaining a doctorate in clinical psychology.
Dr. Lyons has experience in leading teams at all levels of care in mental health running large scale residential facilities and intensive outpatient programs with successful clinical and operational functions. He was instrumental in restructuring a prominent outpatient dual diagnosis program into one of the largest and best outpatient substance use and Mental Health intensive outpatient providers in Northern California.
Tim Joined Bespoke Treatment because he believed his skills could contribute to Bespoke’s vision of personalized effective and accessible mental healthcare for everyone, everywhere. He brings his strong background of program development to the clinical program to help guide client treatment using best practices.
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Dolores has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Drexel University and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Dolores started in the field as a Clinical Psychologist where he performed individual and group therapy as well as a variety of mental health assessments. He then transitioned into management and led facilities at Universal Health Services (UHS), Acadia Healthcare, Summit BHC, and Discovery Behavioral Health. Mr. Dolores started two behavioral health treatment companies, selling one in 2020. He also has his board certification in Healthcare Management.
Founding Neuroscientist & Chief Executive Officer
With almost a decade in the field of brain-based behavioral health under his belt, Ben is more passionate about mental health now than ever. Ben went to graduate school at Columbia University and received a Master of Science degree in Neuroscience and Education. During graduate school, Ben developed a specialty in clinical neuromodulation and neuroimaging, where he used brain scans to predict off-label uses for TMS, neurofeedback, and Ketamine. Ben’s research has been published in prestigious journals such as Brain Stimulation and ACR Open Rheumatology, and presented at The Clinical TMS Society, The International Neuropsychological Society, and the Western Psychological Association. Ben prides himself in bringing together the special team of individuals that makes up Bespoke Treatment.
