Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program

Intensive Treatment with Structured Days and Multiple Alternative and Traditional Therapies

The Pyschiatric Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Bespoke Treatment

Is a completely personalized and structured approach to treating your mental health. It’s an ideal option for intensive full day treatment without overnight stays.

After an initial comprehensive evaluation, our team creates an outpatient treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. The plan will fit your schedule and often consists of multiple types of treatments and therapies every day, 5 days a week.

Rather than just treating symptoms, our PHP uses a combination of treatments and therapies to help induce neuroplasticity in your brain and teach you skills to combat maladaptive thought patterns. This program is effective for treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and many other mental health conditions.

This program is covered under most insurances.

What is a partial hospitalization program?

PHP is less involved than an inpatient program, and more involved than our Intensive Outpatient Program. It is designed to provide a comprehensive treatment that offers guidance and support throughout your healing, recovery, and growth. Our PHP is a non-contiguous program, meaning we build the program around your schedule. For instance, you may have a few sessions in the morning and a few sessions in the evening, or scatter appointments all throughout the day, or even schedule all of your sessions back to back.

What can I expect in my treatment?

Your assigned therapist will create your personalized treatment plan with you during the first week. Bespoke Treatment specializes in alternative therapies that go well beyond traditional medicinal psychiatry with outstanding results. The services that make up your treatment plan may include:

Every plan also involves some form of group therapy, which we’ve found often enriches and expedites individual outcomes. Through small group interactions, people often find unexpected insights and encouragement from the perspectives and experiences of others. Insights gained in these settings can frame your individual therapeutic efforts in a new light that leads to new breakthroughs for you and for those around you.

As you move forward on your journey, our team regularly checks in on your experience, looking for opportunities to better support you and working with you to modify your plan as needed.

Summary of Treatments

Biofeedback and Neurofeedback

These therapies help patients train their own biological processes and brainwaves in order to combat and respond to maladaptive behaviors and thought patterns. By using a computer that provides feedback in response to certain physiological functions or brainwaves, the patient can learn how to regulate and control their own brain.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

TMS is a safe, non-invasive process that involves sending magnetic pulses through the scalp in order to active neurons in a specified area of the brain. A typical TMS program consists of 5 sessions per week for 4-6 weeks. This treatment is FDA-approved for depression and is completely drug-free.

Ketamine and Spravato

Ketamine therapy can be administered intravenously or via an intranasal spray (Spravato). Ketamine treatments are typically administered 2-3 times per week over the course of 2-3 weeks, for a total of six treatment sessions. Ketamine has minimal risks and side effects and can offer lasting symptom relief.

Group Therapy

Group therapy sessions are limited to 5-8 individuals per session, and are 100% confidential. Typically held in the afternoons and evenings, group therapy offers an opportunity to share your experiences with others who are having similar problems.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy is effective for individuals with PTSD. This unique therapy is designed to be short-term; Bespoke Treatment has EMDR-certified therapists.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a longstanding form of talk therapy that involves becoming aware of maladaptive thought patterns and learning skills to respond to them in a healthy way and reduce them altogether. You will work with your therapist to develop and attain specific goals.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

This form of talk therapy involves developing skills that are useful in recovery as well as other facets of life, such as mindfulness, resilience, communication skills, and emotional regulation.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT is an action-oriented form of therapy stemming from CBT that involves individual acceptance of one’s emotions and struggles, and commitment to making the changes necessary to improve one’s behavior and wellbeing.

MBSR Therapy

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction therapy is a type of meditation therapy that offers mindfulness training from a certified instructor to help the patient learn useful emotional regulation and calming techniques.
